Join TCI's network of local technicians and pick up paid service calls at cinemas, entertainment venues and retail locations in your area. You do the work on site. We handle the clients and dispatch.
What you’ll work on
Hands-on IT support at customer sites. If you can troubleshoot hardware and networks, you can do this work.
POS hardware: terminals, receipt printers, scanners, cash drawers, card readers
Kiosks: self-serve ticketing and ordering kiosks, diagnostics, part swaps, reimaging
Networks: switches, access points, cabling, connectivity issues
PCs & screen hardware: back-office computers and the hardware behind in-venue displays
